1996, and is regarded by ANHUI Economy and Trade Committee, National
Tax Bureau Anhui Branch, Anhui Tax Bureau, and Heifei Customs.
The Technology Center includes 6 design Institutes, one trial
run room, and four laboratories. The 6 design Institutes are: Air
design institute, oil design institute, fuel |
design institute, element technology, and nonstandard study institute.
The four laboratories are : air lab, oil lab, fuel lab, filter material
